Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NIFM Technologies' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI development services, products including Dilr.ai and Landerr.ai, and website.

Services Description

NIFM Technologies provides AI development services including but not limited to:

• Machine Learning Models: Custom AI models for classification, prediction, and pattern recognition
• Voice AI Solutions: Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI systems
• Computer Vision: Image recognition, object detection, and automated visual analysis
• Natural Language Processing: Text analysis, sentiment detection, and language understanding
• AI Web Applications: Full-stack applications with integrated AI capabilities
• Cloud Deployment: Scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

Payment Terms

Payment for AI development services is due according to the agreed project milestones. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Wire transfers for enterprise clients and large projects
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express for smaller projects and consultations
• PayPal: Available for certain service packages and international clients

Intellectual Property Rights

All custom AI models, algorithms, and code developed specifically for your project remain your intellectual property upon full payment. NIFM Technologies retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific innovations developed during the project.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, business processes, and proprietary information. All team members sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. Client data is processed according to GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

Limitation of Liability

NIFM Technologies' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI models are provided "as-is" with performance expectations clearly defined in project agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain rights to all completed deliverables and pay for work completed to date according to agreed milestones.
